Specialising in small to medium size Conferences, Berkley’s offer the flexibility to host small meetings of 2 through to 120 delegates.

Our facilities are all located on the ground floor, boast natural light, wheelchair access, and pillar less rooms, so whether you are holding a presentation, training session, or Conference, Berkley’s has a venue for you.

All rooms are set to your requirements with a variety of layouts and offer complimentary notepads, pens, iced water and mints.

Berkley’s offer the convenience of All Inclusive Day Meetings Packages, or select your own requirements from our list.

 Russell Room I 
our designated Boardroom that seats up to 12, and boasts high back leather chairs, and natural light.
  Russell Room II 
Has two large windows to let the Natural light in, and can seat 15 in a "U" shape configuration.
This room can be combined with Russell Room I for larger functions.

Russell Room
Is the combination of Russell I and II which has three large windows that allow natural light, or take advantage of the blackout blinds if required. This room can seat up to 25 in a "U"shape, or 50 in a theatre style presentation.
  Chevron Room
Is equal in size to the Russell Room, and can seat up to 25 in a "U"shape, or 50 Theatre style, and has the capability to open and combine with the Russell Room to double it’s size, or combine with Russell Room II to increase by two thirds of the original size.

Combined Russell & Chevron Rooms
Can seat up to 120 Theatre Style or 55 Cabaret Style allowing for room for presentation space and catering.

 

All of our Conference Rooms have the flexibility to be individual rooms, or can be combined for larger groups.

Banquet Style Using round tables of 10 guests.
Cabaret Style Using open-ended round tables of up to 8 guests.
Classroom Style Using trestle tables with 3 delegates on each table that faces the front.
Boardroom Style Using trestle tables in a solid square or rectangular shape.
Hollow Square Using trestle tables in the shape of a square with a hollow middle.
U-shape Style Using trestle tables in a "U" with guests seating on the outside of the tables facing inwards.
Theatre Style Using chairs only set in rows facing the front.
