Russell Room I
Is our designated Boardroom that seats up to 12, and boasts high back leather chairs, and natural light and is a perfect room for Boardroom Luncheons or intimate dinners

Russell Room II
Has two large windows to let the Natural light in, and can seat up 30 Banquet style for an intimate get together or stand up event.. This room can be combined with Russell Room I for larger functions

Russell Room
Is the combination of Russell I and II which has three large windows that allow natural light. Can seat up to 40 Banquet Style, or up to 60 Cocktail Style. With a small parquetry dancefloor added, this room can seat up to 30 Banquet Style with room for dancing.

Chevron Room
Is equal in size to the Russell Room, and can seat up to 40 Banquet Style or 60 Cocktail Style, and has the capability to open and combine with the Russell Room to double it’s size. By combining with Russell Room II it will increase by two thirds of the original size. This room has a built in Dancefloor if required.

Combined Russell & Chevron Rooms 
Can seat up to 80 Banquet Style including a large dancefloor, or up to 90 without the dancefloor.

All of our function rooms have the flexibility to be individual rooms, or can be combined for larger groups.

Berkley’s on Ann is located in the Deluxe Boutique Hotel Rendezvous, in one of Brisbane’s most beautiful historically significant buildings.

Conveniently located at Anzac Square, it is in the heart of the CBD, and opposite Central railway station.  It is also just a short stroll away from some of Brisbane’s most loved churches including, St. Johns and St. Stephens Cathedrals, All Saints and the Albert Street Uniting Church. Within walking distance is the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, Cathedral Square, City Hall and Roma Street Parklands for civil ceremonies.

We have a lovely private room, full of natural light and can cater for the most intimate sit down receptions, through to 80 guests and are also happy to cater for an elegant cocktail party.

Let us take care of all the little things that make your dreams come true. We provide personalised table menus, crisp white linen cloths, Candle centrepieces, and chair covers to suit every Brides’ fairytale.

Tempting menus are offered that allow us to offer great value combinations of food, liquor, decorations, chair covers. Weddings not requiring the inclusions of a decorations package can be arranged with considerable savings.
